Finally, A Dangerous Deadly Arts Sin?!
after doing some checking, I think I've found an effective Deadly Arts style sin that can lay in the damage and still be energy efficient.
Still weak to enchant/hex stripping though but let's look shall we? [minor pvp testing, major pve testing, worked better pvp]
12+1+3 Deadly Arts
8+1 Dagger Mastery [min. pvp req. is 9 I think for max dmg. daggers]
9+1 Critical Strikes
a/n [yay]
Black Lotus Strike
Repeating Strike
Twisting Fangs
Impale
Expose Defenses
Siphon Speed
Way of the Empty Palm {E}
Plague Touch / Res Signet
OWCH, what do we have here? 3 hexes to work with Black Lotus Strike, what's this? The attack skills cost 0 energy? Let's hope the enemy doesn't strip ya of your elite, which is one of the weaknesses of this build. If your monk is up to par, you won't be blinded or hexed so you can use res signet instead.
@ 16 deadly arts, your Impale, Siphon Speed, and Expose Defenses have a giant overkill result. To make up for the loss of dagger maximum damage, the +bonus dmg from Repeating Strike is in place. You'll never miss if you're monk is doing his/her job so you should be able to cover hex your foe using Impale, Expose Defenses, Siphon Speed, in that order. Since 3-4 of your skills don't need energy, that shouldn't be an issue.
The idea is to lay down your hexes, your foe is now contained and you have been speed buffed for a nice period of time. Rush in, use the Black Lotus strike to get a HEFTY amount of energy back... ^_^ Then use all the free Repeating Strikes that you can! You should know when Impale is about to run out or if you get noticed so immeadiately do Twisting Fangs just before you retreat to the safety of your teammates/cover... @ 5s. recycle time, Siphon Speed is a great escape tool too.
Twisting Fangs becomes unbearable when backed by Impale so chew off as much as you can chew before you have to leave. Did I mention it really freakin' hurts when you don't miss? Even more when your skills cost 0e.!!
If you're in desperate need of a heal, you may want to forego Impale and instead take Shadow Refuge or other shadow healing tech. Then your stats become:
16 deadly arts
9 dagger mastery
8 critical strikes
8 shadow arts
In essence, this sin is allowed to stand as long as possible next to a foe IF ALLOWED and can leave in a moment's notice. With the enchant/hexes lasting so long + fast recycle, you can actually switch targets for the gank if needed. Hot shtuff if I do say so myself...
Any thoughts? And yes, I know dagger dmg takes a hit but having free +s to God knows how many repeating strikes should easily make up for it as well as the gigantic spike that is Impale... Coupled with Twisting Fangs, that's like an Eviscerate {E} from hell on steroids...

Unless they changed repeating strike since the FPE, it has to follow an off-hand attack. I don't know because EB games is retarded.

Instead of going 16, you could try 13 and then 12 daggers with 8 critical and rest to shadow if you want.
But the thing is, look at this:
Expose Defenses
Impale
GEEZ... If repeating strike will never miss [which will happen should you not get hexed/blinded], that's a very large amount of dps generated and then WHAM, Twisting Fangs with 16 Deadly Arts [that's deadly... in a nasty sense]
aside from getting hexed, you have plague touch and a smart monk I hope, you should be nearly unstoppable...

I think I'm missing something with your build. I see 3 hexes, 2 off-hand, 1 dual, 1 enchantment, and 1 "free". How do you get the string started with no lead attack?
I'm kind of iffy on a build that can be stimyed by a single enchantment removal, and you're fairly dependent on WEP being up to able to attack effectively. Getting a couple cover enchants by your monk would be essential. Otherwise, its and interesting idea. Seems most people think you have to go 16 DM, and high crit to be viable, and this could work well, especially with repeating being constantly spammable if WEP stays up.
